Preact-cli: How to create a 10.x preact project?
Sorry for not to follow the issue template but the questions are simple:
- How can I create a new 10.x preact project?
- Is there anyway to upgrade a 8.x preact project to 10.x by preact-cli for now or in the future?

@suhaotian Not sure if you're still having issues, but it might be worth trying preact-cli@rc which is what the default Preact X template uses.
