Powertoys: PTRun System.InvalidOperationException

I just typed in something, and suddenly PT Run crashed with this popup window that won't go away, making my computer laggy:

Thanks for reporting but we really need the needed info in the template. Is this 0.20.0 release? If so, excellent change 0.20.1 fixed it which we just released

Yes, it was the 0.20.0 release. I ended the PT Run task on task manager, and it worked after that. Today, my version of power toys updated to 0.20.1. Hopefully this doesn't happen again.

This one could be hard to debug, that isn't much to go on. @somil55

Your 08.08 logs have an exception I don't think we've seen before.

Also mages looks like it is having an issue as well.

This keeps happening. It happened once before, as well. Today, It suddenly errupted in an error with a whopping 964 "PT Run got an error" windows. Have a look:

The log file in #5957 also shows the same behavior where the exception seems to be thrown more than a 1000 times in a few seconds.

@crutkas based on the discussion thread at https://github.com/dotnet/wpf/issues/3430, I think the best way to debug this is by debugging it on a user's system that consistently hits it.
