When typing a query starting with Computer\HKEY_ (case insensitive, maybe even fuzzy to some level, depending on effort and perf cost), auto-complete by values from registry and open regedit at that location.

I think the word "computer" is too ambiguous. Most people would think about the "This Computer" location as in File Explorer. Maybe a prefix like registry\HKCU... would make more sense?

Maybe.

Another idea could be strings starting with reg:.
I really love this idea of acronym, when VS introduced it in its intellisense it was a total game changer.

Hello,

IMHO that is all to long to type. Why not direct when a user type hkey_

When nobody work on this, I will take it and work on it.
