it's a regression that will be fixed in 0.20.
As a workaround reapply the zoneset and it should solve the problem until you move the taskbar again.

I have the same issue quite annoying for working with Teams.

I have the same issue. It occurs after a reboot, and after the monitors went to sleep. Opening and closing the fancy-zones manager on the affected monitor once (without any changes) fixes this issue. So I assume the zone layout is calculated before the taskbare is 'initialized'/visible to the function calculating the extents. It first occurred after I updated from 0.18.4 to 0.19.0.

I have the same issue. Tried moving the taskbar to the top, and edited my zones to reflect that and now my app windows dont follow the zones on the bottom, and the application title bar gets hidden behind the taskbar on top. However when resizing without fancy zones it works.

This is the bottom of my screen, I made sure the zone was edited to go all the way to the bottom, but the gap shown is about the height of the taskbar which is now up on top (it's almost like the entire zone was pushed up to allow space for the taskbar thinking it would be on the bottom). The window behind is VSCode that was maximized regularly with windows.

Im on v0.19.0
