Powertoys: KBM - PowerToys icon appears in taskbar

New powertoys icon appears in the taskbar for the updated KBM windows.

Updated the description with a screenshot. The icon on corner of the window appears correctly, but in the bottom bar it shows the new PT icon. I think it's happening because the window runs on the runner process so it's using the same icon. It doesn't seem to be happening on every install though which is strange

Hmm strange. I'm seeing the keyboard icon. Some caching issue somehow?

We had added an icon back when KBM was first released, but it would generally always appear correctly if you run it directly from VS or the executable, but it wouldn't appear sometimes when installed with the msi. This probably happens because KBM runs out of the PowerToys executable, and in the installer there is a line where the icon is set globally for the executable which could be why the KBM icon gets overriden. I'm still not sure though why it appears on some installs and doesn't on others. On my system I have seen it appear/disappear with different installations.

Works for me in 0.20.1. I think we should think about dark / light icons however

I think we might be able to make sure the keyboard icon reliably appears only when we shift keyboard manager to a separate executable rather than running on the Runner executable.

What about a Fluent icon, similiar to the upcoming ones for PowerRename and Image Resizer?
