Powertoys: [FZ Editor] Copy/duplicate, edit, and name existing fancy zone layout

Summary of the new feature/enhancement

Copy an existing custom fancy zone layout, edit it, and save it as a new layout. I would like NOT to have to create from a blank template just to modify one section. I have 10 zones on a 4k that I just want to edit to make 9 but keep both so I can switch them based on what project I'm working on.

PS. Love Fancy Zones, greatest enhancement I'm seen in a while. much needed for 4k monitors.

This feature is really required, hope to have it sooner.
