Powertoys: Location in Start Menu

Summary of the new feature/enhancement

Since there is only one item contained inside the folder, could PowerToys app be promoted to a top level entry in the Start menu programs list (similar to say, PowerPoint or any app installed from the Store)?

Remove /PowerToys directory from the Start menu shortcut location during installation.

Hi, am also working on this issue, am having difficulties locating the file responsible for path directory for the PowerToys.exe.

Any pointers??

would be in one of the wix installer files. if i licked my thumb, a file in here: https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/tree/master/installer/PowerToysSetup
