Powertoys: alt-tab quick selector

Alt-Tab is a create tool but wouldn't it be amazing if you quick just type the window you wanted?

@betsegaw has a great tool called WindowWalker that does this. Talking with them, they are interested in making it into a PowerToy.

I'd love this, but with the full Win+R live tiled view where I could filter by typing. Similar to the old Vista Switcher tool.

just did a massive refactoring on @betsegaw dev branch. Our analysis should no longer throw errors on it and it is now on the same .NET Framework package as we are.
