Powershell: Can't download powershell installer package in Azure Mooncake network environment

Due to the China special network environment, many Azure Mooncake users can't download powershell installer package from GitHub, do you have any plan to publish these releases in http://apt-mo.trafficmanager.net/repos/ , just like what dotnet and Azure CLI team done?
