Powermock: NoClassDefFoundError:org/junit/internal/runners/TestClassRunner

I'm using Junit 4.11 in maven build and I've added dependencies for PowerMock im my pom.xml, but I still get:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/junit/internal/runners/TestClassRunner
