Postgrest: http://www.postgrest.com shows "SORRY This page does not exist yet."

When browsing to http://www.postgrest.com/ instead of a page about postgrest it shows the default "Read the Docs" page with the following message:-

I added another server rule just now so www.postgrest.com will redirect to the non-www version.
