Polka: Support for Deno?

More of a question than an issue, but is there any interest into porting Polka to work with Deno?

And if there is any interest, would it be hosted in its' own repository or in a branch on this repo?

Not at this time, no. I'd have to wait for Deno to be more established and figure out what part(s) of Polka are missing or need to filled in.

There seems to be a pretty extensive http Deno module, so I don't think there'd be a whole lot for Polka to even do there.

Will take another look at it in the future, but for now it's not on the agenda.
