Plots2: Image uploads to wiki pages don't show progress bar

Dear all,
Just a small bug to report.
Based on experiments with this gif (~2.5MB, under the current 3MB cap):

That i have attempted to upload through drag-n-drop and through Choose A File button (both attempted multiple times) on this page: https://publiclab.org/simple-air-sensor

I am reporting that gif uploading is not currently working.

Okay, I tried image uploading at different pages:

1. Working on comments
2. Not working on wiki pages for images and GIFs(as Liz reported)
3. Working on research notes with drag and drop only

gif uploading is once again working on profiles, but is not working on wiki pages.

Hi, I just tried, and was able to upload the gif from the top of this issue to https://publiclab.org/simple-air-sensor; it's now at the bottom of that page.

However, it took a long time, and did not show a progress bar.

So I'm going to change the title here to "progress bar missing on GIF upload to wiki pages" to address this more narrowly!

https://publiclab.org/post also worked, but also took a very long time with no progress bar/spinner:

The slowness and lack of progress bar fooled me during my test of "gif
upload to wiki" yesterday

i love gifs very much so glad to see this one getting addressed :D
