Plots2: show only icon in mobile view of questions page

Hmm, how about showing tooltip with each icon in mobile view?

I think the current layout with text seems fine, earlier this used to be not properly aligned because of the list and grid buttons but now its fitting right in two lines...
I just feel that only icons are a bit difficult to understand and navigate (specially for a newcomer)

I think tooltips are a good compromise! Mobile display is very difficult :-)
