Plots2: Improve pagination in the blog page

We are preparing to participate in Google Code-in, and have reserved this issue for participants in GCI - but we'd love to have your help with another one! Please check out https://code.publiclab.org to see more.

Hi, this is a first-timers-only issue. This means we've worked to make it more legible to folks who either haven't contributed to our codebase before, or even folks who haven't contributed to open source before.

@codesterlife yes you have to make a pull request after editing the file

There are two ways how you can start a pull request:

If you are familiar with the terminal or would like to learn it, here is a great tutorial or http://rogerdudler.github.io/git-guide/ on how to send a pull request using the terminal.

You can also edit files directly in your browser and open a pull request from there.

@codesterlife You have to create a fork of this repository, make changes in locally, push it, and then send a pull request, i.e.

Navigate to the repo on GitHub.
Click on the 'Fork' button in the top right corner. GitHub will take some time to fork the repo.
Navigate to the forked repo. Should be like https://github.com/<your_github_username>/plots2
Click on the green color 'Clone or download' button
Copy the command given in the text box. Should be like https://github.com/<your_github_username>/plot2.git
Clone it on your local machine using the command git clone https://github.com/<your_github_username>/plots2.git
Navigate to the cloned directory cd plot2
Create a new branch using git checkout -b <your_branch_name>
Change the required file locally.
Commit your changes using git add . and git commit -m "<your_message>"
Push your local branch to your GitHub repo git push --set-upstream origin <your_branch_name>
Go to your GitHub repo on a browser, you will see a notification asking to create a PR.
Click on the Create Pull Request button, Give a meaningful title to the PR.
And you're done. 😄
