Playnite: Add Fullscreen Mode

It would be cool if there was a fullscreen mode

Thought I could make it a little more specific, something like steam big picture mode. So it kinda feels like you're using a console.

Please make this happen, playing on the couch in front a TV is the worst place ever to have your library fragmented.

On your desktop, you just open whatever launcher you need. On the TV, you have to drop your controller, grab a keyboard and mouse, and clumsily navigate through it.

The TV is where Playnite can shine the most.

@JosefNemec I noticed that the description of the third version lost full-screen mode and controller support
If it's not a secret, in which version should we wait for them?
I think this is the most anticipated and interesting update for the program, in addition to its own browser.
