Pkhex: Gen1 Mewtwo with Pay Day illegal flag

As title says, gen1 Mewtwo with Pay Day is seen as illegal.

Invalid Move 1: Incompatible transfer move

Edit: it's not flagged on the latest commit... but the PP is uh... yeah

Pay Day will not pass Pokemon Bank's transfer, unfortunately. Thanks GameFreak.

At least, this was the case a year ago. Have they actually changed this? Gotta do a test.

Yeah they changed it. As you can see here (he's PCalc dev).

PKHeX currently forces it to transfer via GSC. Is it possible to transfer from RGBY now?
