Pipenv: how can pipenv install and ignore the Pipfile.lock

because Pipfile.lcok to slowly and complex I want to ignore that
and tired with npm lockfile and Pipfile.lock that sort of thing so ugly
now I always enter ctrl+c while Pipfile.lock Processing
