Phpstan: Missing phar for 0.8.5

release 0.8.5 doesn't have a phar file. Can you add that please?

Hi,
there's currently no PHAR because I encountered a strange error when compiling it. But don't worry, for PHAR users, 0.8.4 is equivalent.

I was able to solve this (reference: https://github.com/Ocramius/PackageVersions/issues/48) so the 0.8.5 PHAR is published.
