Phpservermon: Feature Request: Owner role

Hi guys,

I'm using phpservermon and I like a lot, my friends is using on my phpservermon too, but I have one question.

Todar have Administrator and User roles to create users, but only Administrator can create new servers to monitor, then is necessary to I add servers to my friends.

I was thinking here, why not a "owner" role? Basically a role that allow user to add N sites or services to monitor.

If you like a idea, I can to develop and test here and if success, I put pull request here

I like the idea of allowing users create servers themselves. Perhaps we can integrate it in the current user role instead of creating a new one. For example adding a field to the user config with the number of sites a user is allowed to own.
At the moment there is no "owner" of a service/website. We could add a user_id field to the server table to indicate the owner/creator of the server.
If you want to draw up something and provide a pull request I would love to have a look at it.

I would love to see this feature of users with the ability to create and then modify a certain number of allowed servers also.
