Pdfkit: Request: Release a new version?

It's been over a year since a new version has been released despite some commits being merged into master. Is a new release coming? Until then I've forked my own version and compiled the coffeescript into js to use some of the new features that have been added since 0.8.3.

I have a few remaining tasks to do

Investigate https://github.com/foliojs/pdfkit/issues/803 . I think is a fontkit issue
Enable prettier on code base

Than i will ask @devongovett to do a new release

I am especially happy about https://github.com/devongovett/pdfkit/pull/585 fixing https://github.com/devongovett/pdfkit/issues/351 and https://github.com/devongovett/pdfkit/issues/334 and would love to have these from a standard npm install!

Could you link your new version? Are you still maintaining it? Does this one address some of the issues with garbled PNG images that others are facing?

Ping; the last couple of weeks seem to have fixed issues — could you @devongovett perhaps push the new version or give out a few maintainerships so others can push? Especially @blikblum seems to have steam!
