Well I'm not the GL or linux guy but issue seems to be glGetString(GL_VERSION) returns null. Normally this happens when you don't have GL context. But assuming we can fix it, Gallium says GL version is 3.0 but I think we require 3.2. So it might not even work then.

You want to run PCSX2 on x86 emulated on ARM using LLVM-pipe? It's going to be unbelievably slow.
I have no idea if the x11 included is even good enough or will work without driver modification.

DDLC has no where near the performance profile of PCSX2 and you aren't even using the same application for it.
PS2 emulation and a visual novel for PC are nothing alike.
Sounds like a fun experiment for yourself but it's way outside the scope of something we can officially support.
