Passport: Is this repository still maintained?

Most issues seem to be unanswered, last commit was in December 2019.
Maybe there are volunteers to co-maintain?

Yes, it is still maintained. Many of the issues are not issues or bugs with the code, but questions or debugging related to application-specific issues. Unfortunately, I do not have the time to answer such questions, but the issues are open to invite community participation.
