Parity-ethereum: parity wallet not getting peers and not completing Sync

Logs attached below. i am getting very low number of peers and it's dropping... most of the time it's 0/0/25. sync still half way through and i am not getting any further.

# any help? i have opened many issues an not one helping !!

What kind of internet connection do you have? Does it drop often?

If you don't get any luck by following the steps in faq could you please run with --mode=active -lsync=trace and attach the logs here?

is there anyway to change it?

i just transferred my eth from exchange sites to parity, in etherscan they appear, but the wallet never completed the first sync

It looks like the requests sent to other peers time-out. We have a separate issue to better support high-latency/low-bandwidth connections: #2831
Is your internet slow? Do you use the bandwidth elsewhere (downloading large files for instance)? Do you use tor or VPN?

I have a 20 Mbps link which being used for nothing except this
i just did speed test, i am getting 21 Mbps download, 6 Mbps upload and 30 ms latency

now i am fluctuating between 0/0/25 to 2/2/25 ........how it can be maximized?

Which version of Parity are you running?

Having same issue says "you are not connected to any peers. There is most likely some network issue. Fix connectivity." kept it to sync +1 hour still the same! what to do boys ? blockchain & time synced ok.

Internet Speed is around 60Mbps

I had same issue on one of our machines. I managed to solve it with cleaning ethereum folder a bit. Once you are inside Ethereum folder your structure is like this

$ ls
cache  chains  dapps  jsonrpc.ipc  keys  network  signer

I cleaned following

$ rm network/key
$ rm cache/*
$ rm chains/ethereum/network/*

I was not really in the mood to experiment what made the trick, but first two combined had no effect. Executing all three lines resolved similar issue for me

for my case, my network is disconnect with internet. >_<

i also came across this issue, i have to restart the parity instance , then the parity get working again.
