I used standard ubuntu container and I copied parity binary in it/
also I tried to build parity in docker using this repo https://github.com/chpio/docker-ethcore-parity for 1.4., 1.5.

The boot nodes from https://github.com/ethereum/ropsten/ are not working anymore.

@5chdn you got unlucky and probably tried to connect when one bootnode had reached its max peers limit and the other was undergoing maintenance. The given bootnodes should be considered permanent ropsten bootnodes, and will be maintained going forward.

Are bootnodes from https://github.com/ethereum/ropsten/ constantly up? I've lost connection about 1 hour ago, before that synced about 5 500 000 blocks. From time to time I got a connection and then a couple of minutes/seconds later it's lost again.
