Paperless: I added a stackshare profile for this project

I've been toying with StackShare for a while now ¹ ² and thought it might be fun to do one for Paperless. The site allows for others to be added to the team, so anyone who wants to have rights to modify the stack (maybe I missed something?) just ask and I'll add you. It also comes with a nifty badge:

It's just an idea, so if others think this is dumb, feel free to say so and just close the ticket. I won't be annoyed, and will just delete the stack.

Hooray for publicity! Alright I've added a bunch of explanations, and created a pull request to add the badge to the readme.
