Owlcarousel2: Add built-in support for multiple rows

I would like to see a new setting along the lines of maxRows:2 with a default of 1 perhaps with an orientation setting as well.

So 20 item with settings like this:

items: 3
maxRows: 2

would render as follows:

1 2 3
4 5 6

when would this feature be useful? Might you wanna explain some further use cases for this? I don't actually see any use case for this, but feel free to convince me otherwise.
