Overleaf: Minted doesn't work with accented characters

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is the correct repository for this issue, but here it goes. Minted doesn't work with accented character. There's a simple test:

According to the minted repository, it should've been fixed a few versions ago. The basic example they use even contains UTF-8 characters. Given this, my hypothesis is that ShareLaTeX is using an old version, and the fix would be simply upgrading it (hopefully).

Thanks @vitorbaptista, we're due an upgrade to our environment soon (waiting for TexLive 2015 to come out at the moment), and that will hopefully fix this when we do.
