Outline-client: I have a error on WIN7 when i used the latest version

The problem was on win7 X64 like #251 on version 1.2.20 。The error words is “Not able to configure routing tables successfully”。And there’s no error on version 1.2.14 and 1.2.19。But outline-client will auto-upgrade to version 1.2.20 when i close this application。Is there anybody can help me？

I just switched back to windows 7 because of some conflicts of nvidia driver with windows 10 and now I can't connect to outline server. The error says We were not able to configure your routing tables successfully. the installation of windows is fresh and I also tried installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3 and .NET Framework 4.6.2 as @sean3r commented on Oct 16 and the problem still exists.

I haven't used previous versions of outline client on windows 7 so I don't know if they used to work or not but my other PCs with win10 work perfectly on the same network. I also tried other networks with my win7 PC and I can confirm that there seems to be a problem with win 7.

Tried just now using Cygwin:

Install Outline v1.2.20 and configure TAP-adapter manually(previously after this Outline works fine)

So I think it's smartdnsblock and Win7 error.

So this issue is fixed with #423
