Osu: Mouse VERY broken with raw input on Linux

When selecting raw input it is not in fact raw, instead it is slightly accelerated.
Also, when changing sensitivity, 1.1x makes the cursor accelerate a lot, 0.94x makes the cursor try to stay in place, and >2x makes the cursor even with the slighest movement instantly go off-bounds.
