Osu-web: Wiki subtext is flyte design wank

@arflyte please stop using wank in your designs because people will implement and merge them at face value.

I personally thought the text in question was humorous, but understandably not ideal depending on how official/formal the osu!wiki is meant to be. A couple suggestions:

• "anything you need to know about osu!"
• "the answers to your questions lie within"
• "enlightenment on all things osu!"

i like the third 3. or just something mentioning that it's community curated resources
