When a beatmap has gameplay related issues, it is often helpful in qualified to view replays from a large pool of players to see how they perform and evaluate where the problem really is, or if there actually is a problem with the map and how it effects the gameplay experience.
With changing mindset for disqualifying as soon as a problem is noticed, that would prevent being able to look at useful information related to the issue. Having replay data stay available when a map is disqualified would be useful, as you can easily see and compare how players of different skill levels perform on a map.
i.e. Someone claims x pattern in an Easy is too difficult, you are able to check the replays from low-ranked players to see if they struggle with that pattern more than the rest of the map.
this could maybe be done by keeping leaderboards in a read-only state on disqualified maps, which would only get wiped when re-qualified again (?)
I feel like this would be very helpful. Even if replays would obviously become slightly bugged with updates to the map after a disqualification, a big part of the map will remain unchanged unless there's a fundamental flaw with the mapping, so even after post-disqualification updates the replays would remain helpful, and a bugged replay in a leaderboard of a not even qualified map isn't an issue at all since of course this won't affect any kind of pp or score leaderboards.
