Orgzly-android: Enhance recognising checkbox item lines with other standard bullets besides "-" ("+", "1", "1.", ...)

I have searched for existing issues that may be the same as or related to mine. 👼

I'm submitting a bug report for version REPLACE-WITH-APP-VERSION.

Using a checkbox item with another indented checkbox item
`- [ ]

• [ ]`

The checkbox starting with asterisk is not recognised as checkbox item (not display as such and cannot mark it done). This works in Org standard.
Any checkbox line starting with non-dash is not recognised as checkbox item.

I really prefer not to support* as list bullets. They seem very error-prone. Even Org docs advise against using them in https://orgmode.org/manual/Plain-lists.html#FOOT10

Do you use them and have to continue to do so?

Understand the delicacy of * as list bullet. But there are many others like +, 1, 1. etc., see Org manual.
I use all bullets a lot in all Org files in order to make checkbox lists more clear and visble when they are nested.
I would like to be able to use * but if Orgzly disagrees I could live with all of rest of the standard bullets, Org can be configured to use all but *.
Right now I cannot even start a first level checkbox list with "+".
Would that be an option?

Yes, I'm all for supporting other bullets.

It's just that * would require special treatment and more work. For example, once promoting/demoting of items is implemented, promoting a * item to top-level would require converting its bullet type, so it doesn't end up being a headline (like Org mode does).

Perhaps this issue can be for implementing other bullets, if you want to just change its title. Thanks!

Just started using orgzly, It seems like the best option to work with org files shared between devices (PC and mobile for me), but I heavily use bullets (all except "*") with checkboxes and would really appreciate support for this in orgzly.

I just came here to show that there is demand for this feature.

List items starting with + are supported in #692.

Ordered list items need to be supported for this one.
