Another possibility for 2FA is Duo. Similar operation to Google's, works well in the Guacamole project (duo.com).

@causefx Could you add a few tweaks?
- Admin feature to enforce 2FA for all users:
First login: Either register a 2FA device or bust
- Generation of a recovery code
