Openui5: NotificationListItem does not work with "activated" notifications

OpenUI5 version:
1.34.8

Browser/version (+device/version):
Chrome - 49.0.2623.110 (64-bit)
Safari - 9.0.3 (11601.4.4)
Edge - ewww

Any other tested browsers/devices(OK/FAIL):
Fails with all my browsers

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Start standard notification list item
2. Click on one of the notifications in the white space are, so that the browser selects that notification (You will se a dotted line around the notification).
3. If the item is selected like in 2 you cannot cluck the buttons og X in that spesific item. To be able to use the button or X, you need to click elsewhere so that the notif is not selected and then the buttons are clickable again.

What is the expected result?
I expect that the buttons are available at all times

What happens instead?
Impossible to interact with a selected item.
