Is there a possibility for a hard-coded team name translation? I mean "Blue" team would always be "Niebiescy" in Polish and "Blau" in German. If yes, I could prepare list of such translations.

Hey, thanks for reporting this issue.
Team names are sent by the server, but OpenSpades could translate the common ones as you said.
We plan on implementing translation server side soon at https://github.com/piqueserver/piqueserver, but it will be a while before it is adopted by many server owners.
There are preexisting color translation files for most languages.
