Openscope: Different color radar datablocks/targets for arrivals and departures

Update themes to support different colors for arrivals and departures radar datablocks and targets. When there are many aircraft on the scope it is difficult to differentiate between arrivals and departures.

@felixscheffer Not in STARS/ERAM, though they both have the ability to "highlight" an aircraft manually one at a time.

Nonetheless, it's a fairly docile request, we could consider making it an option which would be disabled by default.

@erikquinn Does this option exist in real life?

@felixscheffer Define reality! 馃槂 Depends on the CWP. For the CWP that I have in mind and is used in APP/DEP environment the answer is it depends!

This is is tightly related on the sector setup. If DEP position is separated from ARR positions then the datablock has different color since it's not your flight. Departing flights have the DEP indicator on the datablock. If the DEP position is merged to the ARR then they have the same color and the ARR indicator. There is an indirect way to recognize the flights, as all departures have the FIR exit point on the datablock. The arrivals have the arriving aerodrome instead. But the colors are the same.

What I understood those few years working for the ATC/ATM industry is that there is no such thing as standard. The software features are driven by the user requirements and these are heavily localized.
