I'm attempting to download version 3.1 on Mac OS and receiving this error message, which seems to relate to Github, or is it security settings-related?
" Open Refine can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer" (see image, attached)

Hi @SineadM apologies for the delay in responding. You need to allow OpenRefine to install you need to open your System Preferences and go to "Security and Privacy" and the General tab. Here you will see a message indicating that "OpenRefine was blocked from opening because it is not from an identified developer". Click the "Open Anyway" button to complete the OpenRefine installation.
