Did you disable height limits. Also fill out the form correctly I had to edit your post to even see you had a message

not disabled

rct height

towers are 590, max land height is 320

590 what? Metres, feet, ... ?

I dunno.. says real values for height. i showed you my screen shot.. what's not to understand?

You haven't stated what the issue is. You have just shown a screenshot that shows 4 towers. Are you saying you are trying to place scenery at the top point of the tower? And whats that got to do with saving.

Object build is little tricky but possible(you should use both shift and control key), but it will be impossible to build saved design.

Steps to reproduce problem

  1. Build Launched freefall with disabled support limit
  2. Build until height limit(of sv6) reached
  3. try build some object above freefall(Press control key above top piece of freefall to copy height, shift key to build above it)
  4. Save ride with object

  5. somehow saved design has "Unavailable vehicle design" although there's only one vehicle for freefall
  6. Try building it will cause crash

Design file I used
