@jamtraks
Please, try to fill in the headers correctly ;o

The bold letters are titles, e.g., move down the dump file under 'Dump File'

Please provide more information. We cannot solve bugs if you don't describe what you were doing, whether it was in multiplayer, single player, scenario editor, etc.

i was reporting a "dump" file that was created when open roller coaster tycoon .exe failed. I forgot where i was asked to do so, but somewhere i was. This error occurred when i tried opening the latest build of open roller coaster tycoon 2 from openrct2.org. I stated the version and operating system etc. in my report. Anyway, i got this error when openrct2 was attempting to download object files and join a room. I have reported directly to people at openrct.org that i am having trouble running any of their builds of this program on my computer, but they have not completely solved the problem for me. I have also told them that the only version of open roller coaster tycoon that actually seemed to work on my computer was a version that was labeled as a "fix" version and that i no longer see any "fix" versions available.    I have the original roller coaster tycoon two installed on my computer but with no expansion packs. I suppose purchasing and installing a version with expansion packs may solve this problem.
    I am using a 2007 laptop running windows vista 32-bit updated with service pack 2.
    I will soon try the latest build again from openrct2.org but i am afraid it may not work.
    I will also tell them about the problem.
    By the way, when openrct2 did function on my computer i did get net desync errors, and i was unable to create my own room even if i turned my firewall off. My internet connection is from an xfinity hotspot and is not a home or direct connection.

You don't need the expansion packs, unless you want to join a multiplayer server that uses them on their map, or want to load a game that contains them.
'Latest build' is a bit vague, we need build numbers like 2e3500e.
I don't think the problem is on the side of openrct2.org. (We will find that out along the way.)
Does the game crash on startup, or later on?

Also, recently some object loading code was put into the game which turned out to cause problems. We reverted that, so please try using the newest version (which is numbered 2e3500e) and see if that helps. If it doesn't work, please try running the game from the command prompt.
