Openlibrary: column for tags is too small in lists

I think the preferred solution here would be to use flex box similar to how we do it on https://openlibrary.org/lists to show 2-3 columns depending on space.

@xayhewalo I felt I didn't need to, because it says 'list' in there, but yes, it's the lists.
