Openjdk-tests: Add documentation to run system_custom

We need to add a documentation somewhere to run system_custom.

@patkarns Once https://github.com/AdoptOpenJDK/openjdk-tests/pull/2375 is merged, we can update the test job template to show system_custom example. We should do the same for jdk_custom

2375 is temporarily reverted in #2427. Will work on the issue when #2375 is restored
