One comment:
The report admin/reports/orders_and_distributors shows repeated entries for the same order. For example, an order of 4 items shows up as 16 entries in this report. Is this the expected behaviour? In any case, I observed this before staging and before the more recent PRs.

I'm not sure what's the expected of that report but this sounds like a bug to me. Can you create an issue and discuss there?
