I think we should highlight the current value with red when they are not meeting the required criteria.

This little buddy can also use some bootstrap or selected theme-based style

Also, Using buttons would be much better than the checkbox.
Button 1 :-> Use Default theme if the default is selected else continue with {theme-name}
Button 2: :-> Load more theme

A little bottom-margin and styling so it can easily get the user focus would be great.
