Error when compiling opencv with opencv_contrib:

opencv_contrib/modules/surface_matching/misc/python/pyopencv_ppf_match_3d.hpp:3:40: error: ‘ppf_match_3d’ was not declared in this scope

Steps to reproduce

Build current version of opencv (master branch) with current opencv_contrib.

Have this problem on Ubuntu 16.04 x86-64 as well, opencv 4.1.1, cloned opencv and opencv_contrib from github.

Edit: It worked without any errors after the following: make clean, cmake with opencv_contrib, make.

@snippins I think it's doing "cmake -DOPENCV_EXTRA_MODULES=/modules " after "make clean".

I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 x86-64 and am running into the same problem, and i did cmake with opencv_contrib directly in the build directory right after i found the previous make didn't include the opencv-contrib modules, so "make clean" makes sense, and i solve this problem. much appreciated @Isha8
