trying to compile openBLAS on fedora 23, intel G4560 Kaby Lake(dont support AFX instructions) pentium dual core processor

Did you specify the TARGET=HASWELL yourself, or was it autodetected ? Normally I think the cpuid code should pick up the lack of avx support and choose the older NEHALEM architecture.

Is it real CPU and you pasted incomplete cpuinfo cutting PM features or a virtual machine?

It is observation not related to sigill, might be BIOS problem too, Build log is incomplete, maybe it started on (full avx2) haswell...

This looks like a spelling error in the TARGET, should be "NEHALEM" with an extra E before the M

Thanks for testing. I believe I have found the spot where I had naively assumed all upcoming KabyLake would have at least Haswell capability.
