Strange new bug with an old save game - so please be aware this may be a factor
If you have more than one base and agents at those bases, some bases do not show the agents on the fire/hire screen.
For example, in the attached save, Base 1 has a number of agents

Yet when we go to hire/fire for base 1 there is noone there

We also have another example of the scientist transfer issue where a lab continues showing more scientists than it holds #505 and #368

This is a very similar issue.
Biochemists were bought directly to base 2
When "Large Biochemistry Lab was chosen to research in base 1, it also became the item to research in base 2
When I tried to allocate the biochemists to the lab in base 2, they were instead allocated to the base 1 lab as "Hidden biochemists" - ie they can't be seen, but are adding to the research total.
(I wonder if that means I can allocate an unlimited number of scientists to that project!).
No Mods were installed
