Openapi-generator: [BUG] default basePath is different than in swagger-codegen

Description

The openapi-generator has default basePath defined here:

https://github.com/OpenAPITools/openapi-generator/blob/c51f333f6c9d0a58366879e85dafb4c0b0afdc2d/modules/openapi-generator/src/main/java/org/openapitools/codegen/utils/URLPathUtils.java#L40

but the swagger-codegen has https://localhost - the schema is different:

Suggest a fix

Use default https://localhost as swagger-codegen - or update the migration guide.
