Openalpr: License Plate not found

I'm new to openalpr and I have to use openalpr for detecting Indian number plates. But when i run any image file with country code as in(india), it throws an error of "License Plate not found" I have used the new openalpr repository that has trained data for indian number plates. But I'm not able to use it. Could you tell me what I'm doing wrong.

I can confirm this issue and would like to bump up this issue.

Of the images I tried, while the cloud api is able to recognize the number plates, I do not see the command line tool do the same.

Same thing for me as well.
Images that work in the cloud api do not work on the CLI tool.
I have even tried the 'demo' image of the github page and it still says 'No license plates found'

Other images i have tried and i still get the same error:
1, 2, 3, 4

Again these images work on the cloud api.

PS) I am using the precompiled Windows binaries

Hi All,
I've tried it on Linux as well. I don't run into any errors. The lin.traineddata, in.conf and in.xml files are all available as well. I still get a no numberplate detected. Even tweaking the Indian configs doesn't give any result.
The API seems to work though like how everyone has mentioned.

Any help on this ?

Can you please provide the image

Did you try changing the country code. For india it is -c in. By default it is 'eu'

Same here I've tried openalpr on docker the installation was successful and the image on the installation guide works fine but I just get 'No license plates found' for any other images but the cloud API works fine for those same images.

Has this issue been resolved? I gave "in" in the country settings, yet getting number plate not found.
