I believe that it was just created/updated within the last few months.

This "may" also be the answer for the https://github.com/Open-Shell/Open-Shell-Menu/issues/77 issue as well.

The Localization.rtf file is not available.

I will check the .ini file that you mentioned.

I believe that could be useful in home page a documentation reference for translators.
